Steven L. Gevirtz

Mr. Gevirtz has been actively involved in the middle market corporate finance arena for the past 23 years, forming Streamline Capital in 1995. Having specialized throughout his career in the areas of raising capital and advising companies in merger and acquisition transactions, Mr. Gevirtz previously spent 4 years at Barrington Associates, a Los Angeles based investment banking firm. Throughout the span of his career, he has developed an extensive web of contacts within the financial community, further differentiating Streamline’s ability to provide a cross-section of corporate finance solutions.

In addition, Mr. Gevirtz was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Sur-Lite Corporation, a manufacturer of specialty combustion and environmental control equipment. Mr. Gevirtz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern California.
